Return Process

Log into your Polocom account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit to our inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
